Shipping Policy
All Rachael's Custard Pies and Sweet Treats products are freshly baked and made to order. Please allow 1 days to produce and 1 to 2 business days to ship by UPS. We ship M-F. It is your responsibility to enter a correct shipping address on our web page. A tracking number will be sent via email for confirmation. Be on the lookout for the package at arranged delivery time. This will prevent your bakery from sitting on the front porch or specific area for hours or days. Rachael's Custard Pies and Sweet Treats are not responsible for any guarantee of delivery time. We don't ship to P.O Boxes, Hubs or Amazon Lockers.
Cancellations:
No cancellations on the day of scheduled shipment will be accepted.
A 6% handling and process fee will occur with all cancellation orders.
Errors:
